The Avelon dashboard is incredibly simple, but we've created a rundown of exactly what everything means below:

Overview tab

The overview tab gives a full view of the entire dashboard

Sales Total

Sales Total indicates the number of sales, in GBP, that have been attributed to your links.

Total Earnings

Total Earnings indicates the amount of money you have earned from your sales.

Clicks

The number of clicks of your links that have been recorded

Sales

The number of sales that have been attributed to your links

Avg. Sale Value

The average of each sale you have produced. If you have produced a sale for an item worth £3000.00 and a sale for an item worth £20.00, then your average sale value will be £1510.00

Avg. Earned Per Sale

The average amount you have earned in commission per sale. If you have produced a sale for an item worth £3000.00 on a 4% commission rating and a sale for an item worth £20.00 on a 15% commission rating, your average earned per sale will be £61.50

Sale / Click

How many clicks it sales for you to produce a sale, on average. If you have driven 100 clicks to get 1 sale, then your sale / click percentage will be 1%

Clicks and sales by day

The clicks and sales by day graph indicates your clicks and sales in a graph for the month

All Retailers

The All Retailers filter dropdown allows you to filter by your retailers/brands you have been promoting

All Links

The All Links filter dropdown allows you to filter by the links you have created. These will show by the naming convention / what you have named the link at point of creation

Month

The Month filter dropdown allows you to filter by the month you have created a link

My Links (shown above)

The My Links section gives a full rundown of the links you have created and which retailer / brand they have been attributed to. Here, you can see the naming convention you gave the link, the URL, Retailer, Sales, Sales Total, Commission Earned, Date of Creation, Status of Link, Expiry date and you can even cancel the link, too.

The four buttons in a box next to the URL indicate the QR code for the link. You can download this QR code and allow people to scan it at events to track your sales at events.

How and why would I cancel a link?

Cancelling a link is easy. Head to the My Links tab and click cancel. The link will be cancelled and tracking nulled for the link. You may want to do this if you accidentally added the wrong URL or are no longer working with the retailer / brand.
